About us

Breastfeeding & Baby Support West Norfolk CIC was founded in October 2024 to enable free breastfeeding support access, including access to free IBCLC (Lactation Consultant) support for the women and families of West Norfolk, but also to become a sustainable organisation to offer baby support including affordable or free for all women and families in West Norfolk: 

• Trained breastfeeding support from peer supporters, breastfeeding counsellors and lactation consultants.
• Peer support groups for breastfeeding and parenting support with baby wearing support and sling library. 

Our catchment area covers that of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn maternity catchment area. We work with local stakeholders and professionals to ensure that local women can access highly trained and accessible support.
