From January 2026 we are running a term time weekly support group aimed at mothers of 0-5 year olds and pregnant women. Every Wednesday 1-2.30pm in term time at St Augustines, King’s Lynn. This group is run as a mother’s circle so no one is left out of the discussion, facilitated by a nominated trained peer supporter, counsellor or IBCLC each week with support from student midwives. We offer:
-Free breastfeeding support, but you don’t have to be breastfeeding to attend
-A friendly, non-judgemental place to make friends
-Regular guest activities
-Fruit, drinks and healthy cakes for little ones
-Hot drinks and biscuits or cakes for mums and toddlers
-A buddy system if you are feeling nervous to attend
-*Coming Soon* Sling library and baby wearing support
-Parenting and sleep support
